The issue was resolved quickly and subsequent to my claim I noticed drivers are either parking on the roadway or carefully backing down the driveway, which lets me know the issue has been addressed with staff also. Thank you.

Took some time to finally reach a person who could actually help with the claim. Had to work up the ladder to (supervisor?). Once there, it was easily resolved, but your software to upload claim documents was a bit frustrating, but in the end I did get that to work. Overall fine, never expected a driver to run a vehicle at speed into a garage door. Fortunately the car inside was missed by 2 inches. Overall, okay. I still use Amazon for a lot a things. I do appreciate Prime.

Nice interaction with the call center. Bottom line: we asked for the amount to fix our property at a conservative $100 and you offered half. We paid the remaining $175 (the landscaper picked up one of the stones and it was cracked and broke). So all in all—you’re the big company who can ruin our property and pay nothing to fix.
