I requested an e-check but instead I am to receive a check in the mail. Have not received it at this time.
I called a few times and the claim was never filed although I was told it was...then I got a number from a driver and finally got a supervisor named Michelle D. She stated she saw notes but no claim wa sever filled when I called but she took care of it.
The claims process went smoothly; thank you and great work to all those involved. The only part that was awkward was getting in the claims system. When Amazon put the claim in the system the cell center rep had a poor command of the English language. I often had to correct "sprinkler" for "irrigation head/irrigation system" and then suggest that I am not a farmer using an irrigation system when trying to describe the freshly seeded lawn. Once we got the words right, it was a breeze past that point.
Email told me that a check is on its way in the mail ... I had requested an internet check. Either is fine, just wanted to let you know of difference in requested process. Rep handled quickly, efficiently and professionally.
It took longer to get the e-check than I was told, but overall it was a fairly simple and painless process.
Accidents happen! No biggie
After I turn in an estimate I was offered less than 1/2 the amount. I will still have to take time and money to resolve the issue, not to mention the initial 3 hours at the start of the problem waiting on the tow truck. What is your time worth?

The initial process when I called in was incredibly lengthy to get things rolling (was on the phone for well over an hour) but with a lovely woman who was great! I thank you for your assistance. I do however also hope that the driver is spoken to. Not only did he cause the damage even after being told not to jump the new concrete, but he also got belligerent, swore at me and another homeowner on the block and sped off our street almost running over my foot. He is not cut out for dealing with people to say the least. Again, thank you!

My mailbox was ran over by an Amazon vehicle and opted for the electronic check to be emailed to me when I got an offer to settle my claim. I waited a few days for the email to come and was just notified that my check will be sent in the mail to a mailbox I don’t have because This money was going to be used to replace the mailbox that was hit!
The photos were attached to the claim form but they couldn’t be seen. The rep said that frequently happens and I resubmitted via email.

Although my quote amount did not match my compensation amount leaving me still having to pay extra , the process was quick and simple and very user friendly
