Lana Caroleo was so helpful with this horrible situation and handled everything very promptly and efficiently. It was a very nice experience considering how bad the issue was.
The claims agent could have followed up a little sooner that he was in contact with repairman who was doing the work.
I appreciate your quick response to the situation and also the driver should be commended for her honesty for letting me know!
The people I dealt with were very professional and courteous
Could not have been a better experience. Just what I expect from Amazon customer service.
Excellent customer service
Just need to train drivers better . People who I have spoke with have also had issues.
I still have not received the check, and it is confusing since the email inviting this survey response said I would receive the check by mail, but the original email send it would be part of an email.
I appreciate the great helps from Lauren Birsner. She is very nice and give me very clear instruction to process this claim smoothly. very helpful. Thank you.
Everyone I dealt with was very nice and understanding to my claim. They handled my claim in a reasonable amount of time. I received my check today 10/5/2020. I am happy with the results of the claim . The whole process went very smoothly. Laurie Ginkel
Thanks for your help. And I hope that driver never comes near my house again. Have a Great day!!
My hope is that the Amazon delivery drivers will be more respectful and careful of my driveway property at my home in the future. Thank you for your assistance in repairing my damaged wall. Sincerely, Paul Calame
I was told that an "E check" would be emailed to me to print off a check for payment. Your latest email states that a paper check is being mailed. So in essence, my claim has not been satisfied until I receive payment.
I was very surprised and how easy and quick the claim process went. But, then I was very disappointed, because I never received the check. I emailed my claim handler and never heard anything back...
For my power to be knocked out after have loosing it to a hurricane for multiple weeks was a bummer but glad the driver is safe and not injured from wanting to grab the pulled down power line from her vehicle. Really need to look and see if it’s within their Standard operation guidelines for safety with a down power line and what’s to happen if it does happen again because it could have really been bad for her if I hadn’t stopped her. I am a fire medic and really think God placed me outside for that reason. It can happen anywhere in the world not just the south East when hurricane season it could be in the west durning tornadoes or wild fires or up not after a snow storm. Just want all safe
The first few calls were frustrating and tedious because I am 80% deaf, and was raised in southern Georgia: Almost impossible to understand that Indian dialect. Then, Christine Steele came to the rescue. She is an angel. So polite, so understanding, and very efficient. She is the reason I did not pursue a lawsuit. Thank you, Amazon for great customer service.
Thank you very much on resolving this matter. I am happy about the out come. And buy the way I work for Amazon in Garner NC at the new fullfillment center.
The only thing that was a bit confusing was uploading pictures/estimates after submitting the original form, I wasn't sure if I had to fill out the form again or not, but to hit the "submit" button at the bottom it made me re-fill out the form every time I wanted to upload more images. Suggest to provide clearer instructions about uploading images/files after the original form is submitted.
I am a personal injury lawyer and have spent 15 years dealing with insurance companies. This was possibly the smoothest experience I've ever had. Very impressive.
The whole process was smooth. Though I wish I didn’t have to waste time on this, considering I have a ft job and 2 kids with virtual learning. The driver should not hit and run, thanks to my neighbor who witness this.
