I just had a problem using your claim form until your representative sent it again so I could click respond. Otherwise, the process was handled efficiently.
This entire situation was avoidable and no Amazon driver should be using residential driveways in order to conduct U-turns. Amazon needs to revise their driver policy or enforce the existing policy.

Not sure how often this happens with Amazon drivers driving all over people's property, but this is not right! Only comment is to better train drivers to prevent this kind of stuff from happening! Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter.

I was initially transferred to four separate customer service areas before someone finally transferred me to the claims department. Definitely not "one call resolution".
This almost certainly unrelated to ARC, but starting a claim was incredibly difficult. The Amazon reps seemed not to know what to do in such cases. Once they passed it along to ARC, it was resolved relatively quickly.

Only issue is that one email went straight to Junk Folder. Not your fault, but important to note that customers may not receive emails from strange domains.
The claim process was OK and I have no issues with ARC. However this was a very unpleasant experience with Amazon Prime. I am disappointed in the driver who jumped out of his vehicle to inspect the damage he did and then took off as I was coming out to speak with him. I also have yet to received an adequate apology from Amazon other then the few mumbled words from customer service.
While the payment for the claim was handled without any issues, I never received any confirmation that the driver who damaged the truck was addressed. The driver needs to receives more training. You don't knowingly damage others property without at least leaving a note to contact the owner of the damaged property. An apology from the driver would have been nice and to me was more important than the payment for the damage.
