    An important negative is that the Amazon website could not direct me to customer service. For several days an error message would pop up with pictures of dogs. Finally I searched and found an Amazon Customer Service telephone number. Once connected however, the service was excellent.

    Although I was compensated for the repair of my property I still lost valuable time having to deal with an issue that should not have occurred. Not sure I will be using Amazon for further purchases. I was not compensated for my time !

    I am most grateful to my neighbor to whom an Amazon delivery was being made. It was he who viewed the Amazon truck backing into my soffit and causing the damage. I did not appreciate the fact that the driver hit my house and just drove on without stopping.

    In your closing email of information it would be nice if you could first of all wait until the client has received payment before attempting to cut ties, but also you might include a future contact phone number or information just incase the check is lost in the mail...
