My low rating to question #1 is due to the fact that when I initially contact Amazon to let them know that their courier ran over a retaining wall and drove into my lawn, I had never heard back from the courier investigative team for 4 days. I then had to call Amazon back and apparently they didn't file the claim properly the first time. Even when I did call back, the supervisor level group representative, Keena, was insolent and did not help me. Eventually, I was able to connect with another supervisor level group representative, Lisa, in logistics who was able to help me. I did send Jeff Bezos an email indicating my complaint against Keena.

There was confusion because the delivery was to our neighbor but the damage was to our yard but that eventually was clarified and then promptly resolved

The claims process was surprisingly easy, and I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly the claim was resolved.
I will be happy once I receive the check. The representatives were all extremely professional and helpful. I called a few times to get the process started, but once I did, everything went just fine. Ms. Monae Cobb was extremely helpful and I do appreciate her efforts in resolving the issue.
