    Although Christina was a little confused when she first called me about my claim because she didn't have all the details, we quickly got it all sorted out and Christina Steele was amazing from start to finish. With the confusing beginning she could have gotten upset and/or had an attitude but she was very professional and handled everything quickly and gracefully. Thank you Christina Steele! More companies should use ARC for fast and fair claim resolutions.

    The claim form itself doesn't necessarily work. I was not able to select the points of impact on the interactive car figure provided. For this reason, I emailed the agent directly and had my issue resolved there.

    after finding out that my mailbox was run over. i tried to contact amazon by phone . both numbers did not work. i was able to have you call me thru a chat session but it's very difficult to contact anyone at amazon by phone.

    Original phone call fir claim was not documented or dealt with at all. Second call was much better!! The Claim form and submitting Documents was an easy process. I missed the agent’s call a few times and replied with email, which was answered promptly. Thank You.

    I hesitated in saying the claim was handled promptly, because it wasn't. HOWEVER- Once DEE KANZ got on the case, and I was in contact with her, the claim WAS HANDLED QUICKY, in a PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
