I was calling around everywhere to get a solution to my problem, not knowing all I had to do was call Amazon. The safety director of the truck company (Lisa) was so rude to me, then I called amazon and they were so quick and efficient in resolving my problem. I am really satisfied with everyone I spoke too and there concern for my problem . Great!
The claim was processed without my repair person having finished the job or sending me a bill- just hoping it covers the job, not to mention the headache of dealing with this during the pandemic
I appreciate their efforts. I was at first taken aback in that i had to provide the estimate. Iassumed ARC would send an adjuster. once I understood and got our local handyman to provide the repair estimate the process was fast and easy.

It seems the only delay after the claim was filed was in my end. Pending receipt of payment, the process was smoother than expected.
Although Christina was a little confused when she first called me about my claim because she didn't have all the details, we quickly got it all sorted out and Christina Steele was amazing from start to finish. With the confusing beginning she could have gotten upset and/or had an attitude but she was very professional and handled everything quickly and gracefully. Thank you Christina Steele! More companies should use ARC for fast and fair claim resolutions.
