    The online claim form wasn’t flexible enough for my issue- a run over mailbox- as it was created for auto accident. That being said, the adjuster, Frank Evans, upon my initial email to him, was quick to respond, understand the issue and offer a satisfactory work around (settlement). I much appreciated his interaction and resolution!

    Once I was able to talk to Christine, my claim moved along quickly. It was my understanding that Mina was off and it took awhile to reach an adjuster. Christine did excellent.

    Thank you Amazon for allowing me to get the damages to my car repaired in a timely manner. Hopefully, the Amazon driver was educated about hit and run accidents and this did not cause the driver to lose his/her job, We hope this was simply a learning experience for an inexperienced employee. We remain dedicated Amazon Prime customers.

    My claim was, initially, assigned to someone who left the company. I discovered this when I called to check on my claim (since my emails weren't being answered). The person who took my call decided, then and there, to take on my claim herself. She was fantastic! She promised me that I would hear something in a few days, which made me happy. I was pleasantly surprised when she called me back five minutes later to say my claim was approved! I am VERY IMPRESSED with customer service like that. Please make sure that whomever it was who took care of me gets this message, and GIVE HER A BIG RAISE!

    Arc took the stress out of and extremely unfortunate situation. Dominic Vespe was wonderful as well as the customer service rep that I spoke with at Amazon if I'm not mistaken her name was Nala. I was also extremely impressed that the claim was able to satisfy both the damages and the emergency removal of the old broken up bricks on my property. I really appreciate the diligence an immediate attention to this matter. My only complaint was that the driver who did said damages didn't even have the decency to knock on my door or ring me by phone to let me know that he had did these damages to my property. Once more, he should not have even driven his vehicle on my private property in the first place. But I do appreciate Arc 4 helping me even to be forgiving and just move on with my Amazon Prime account as normal. Thank you very much for everything Dominic!

    My first attempt to contact Amazon went well, although the contact I conversed with never followed through. 3 days later I reached back out to AMazon and was able to speak with the corporate logistics team directly. This was handled very professionally and Joseph was very helpful! Follow up emails were fast and this issue was resolved very quickly- within 24hrs! Very impressive. Thank you
