    Under the current global circumstance I am satisfied with the claim resolution. Typically I would have gotten a professional to assess the damage. Going on previous experience ( Amazon has done this befoe) I agreed to the insurance company offer. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

    I had to submit additional documentation (a formal proposal), and when I submitted that directly to the claims person handling my case, I did not receive any acknowledgement that it had been received. This would have been better handled if they had advised that they had received the documentation and they would continue with the processing, instead of leaving me in the dark as to the status and receipt.

    Im happy the way the claim was handled. i was un happy about there email saying i would hear from a claims adjuster within 5 days and i did not hear anything for 9 days even after i email for an update i never received one. but overall im very happy with my experience.

    I was disappointed with the reduction in payment from the original estimate. However, if the body shop completes the work as agreed upon with ARC, I will be satisfied.

    I do feel as though I had to do all the leg work to get claim resolved. Don't understand why you don't have employees to come out to look at damage.
