Simple and efficient process to file a claim and receive a fair payment. Due to the coronavirus, it took a bit longer to resolve the claim, but understandable under the unique circumstances.

I had some trouble seeing which fields were "required" on the submission form and it took several attempts to get thew form completed adequately enough to submit. Perhaps make the required fields more easily identifiable. Overall very please with the process.
