    The process for filing a claim and having it approved was very smooth, and the representative was understanding. However, the rep said a claim check would take 4-6 weeks to process and deliver. That's not really reasonable for a property damage claim, considering the property repair needs to occur promptly.

    Worked with Ivanka Puglise. She was terrific. The damage was relatively small and I appreciate Amazon quickly resolving it vs. having to work through my insurance company, an adjuster, etc. which could have taken a few weeks at best. Particularly appreciated during this time of pandemic when cash flow is intermittent. Thank you.

    For question 2 no where on the page does it tell you that you cant use a mobile device. When i reached out because it wasnt allowing me to. The person made it seem like it wanst mandatory until i asked more prompting questions.
