    I am very satisfied with the entire claims process, with the exception that I wish I did not need to make a claim. It was very simple to upload the pictures, and then to email the remaining information needed afterwards. We are more than satisfied with the way that this claim was handled.     The person originally who handled the claim was no longer with the company and my claim was left unattended. Once I called to find out what was taking so long it was reassigned and then handled promptly.

    I am grateful for the way you have been able to process the damage claim. I am whether the driver who is responsible for the damage is receiving some additional training or in service education so that something like this doesn't happen again either to me, or another client. As a rule of thumb, I think delivery drivers should make a practice of parking in the street rather than the driveway.

    Please note that my responses are for my second try with ARC for this issue. The first person who handled the request gave the impression that he did not believe me. After requesting ‘before’ photos, I heard nothing for weeks. I did email for a status update, but again received no response. Fortunately someone must have realized my claim remained unresolved and quickly handled it. Thank you! :) Louise
