My impression of the agent/process was that he only wanted to settle the claim for as little as possible with little regard for the actual damage or cost of restoring the damage. First he said he could only go to $350 and then offered $400 for over $800 of damage. I am disappointed and not impressed with ARC.
Nichole Goss was very helpful., and understanding. I liked her confidence. One thing, i wish Amazon would be sure to train their drivers not to leave the scene of damage inflicted by their vehicle. The noise was so loud we were able to see what happened, after the driver decided to turn around on a small street. We know he must have heard it, but didnt stop. Instead he actually speeded away like a flash. Suppose it was a kid or a high line car? I had to track him down. I think your drivers need better training.

Once I was able to get beyond the Amazon fleet owner everything went just fine! The fleet owner indicated to me they would be handling. I should have known better however once it got past them, cannot complain at all. Ron Moore
This (unfortunately) is the second claim I have had to submit to ARC. Both claims have been processed very quickly and professionally. The second claim was submitted during the COVID-19 pandemic, yet it was processed efficiently nonetheless. Very impressive! Thank you! Although I hope to never have another claim, if I do, I hope it will be serviced by ARC.
