    I was very pleasantly surprised at how fast this process happened. I had expected at least a couple of weeks, especially with the current quarantine situation, but in a matter of minutes? I was floored. Everyone was extremely kind, friendly, professional, and at no point did I ever feel as if my claim was not taken seriously nor considered without merit.     I had been trying to call in a claim since 02/05/20 & was only transferred to different employees & Dept. Several calls were made to you all from me and my Insurance company & was informed after making several statements that no information was found in you all files. Finally after transferred to Frank Evans in March, everything was handled promptly and given detailed instructions. I did receive email from you all claims dept. on March 30th., stating everything has been handled and just awaiting on my check. Thanks to Mr. Evans.

    Due to the Corona virus, my initial call to talk to someone at Amazon took nearly 2 hours. But, once I spoke to an employee, Annette, was very supportive, professional, & stayed with me until I spoke to Robert V. at ARC. He too was helpful & empathetic. Next Christina Steele connected with me for the final steps. Fantastic customer service: professional, several follow ups, & Very prompt service!

    #2's "Somewhat agree" rating was due to my not being able to use the current technology ,i.e. email attachments and photos. I do not have a iphone or smart phone and our computer is very old, as are we when it comes to being computer-savy, LOL!! But Frank Evans was very helpful through the whole process.
