It was a pretty good experience except that initially I had to go through several people and was on hold for each one until I finally got to the person that was able to help me with the claim.
The women who did my claim was very PROFESSIONAL n curtious. She made it very easy.

Wouldn't it make more sense for AMAZON to properly train their new drivers? Word came from the tow truck operator that they venture forth at least three times a week to pull AMAZON delivery vehicles out of hazards and other off improved surfaces such as roads and improved lanes.

I would have appreciated an update on hit-and-run. Are the truck and driver both fine? What is the process when a driver hits property and doesn't communicate it to the homeowner?

It would be nice to have a form related to the type of damage incurred. I thought a quote was required originally so I was waiting on that. I also saw a statement on the form asking about car damage which didn't apply. that is why #2 above got the rating I gave it.
