I dont have time to go into detail, but please know, both Christina and Elisa who handled my claim , represent your company very well. They were patient with me and even apologized a couple times. From my perspective as an individual who suffered needless property loss, their personal level of care made all of the difference for me. They should know about the good work they are doing. Please let them know.
Although an unfortunate incident, Amazon handled it professionally and just as important...courteously. The driver was a true gentleman and the claims representative was prompt and thorough. With much appreciation, a loyal customer.
My complaint was addressed promptly and a check approved quickly, but it took nearly a month for the check to arrive from a location less than 75 miles from my home.

It took a bit long. The agent I spoke with was excellent. Not happy that only thing covered is cost to repair. I have already spent at least 3 hours of my time communicating with 3 Amazon persons, filling out the form, viewing/selecting/retrieving videos and pictures and sending them to myself and attaching. My major concern is that the Amazon drivers NOT drive off my driveway and damage my yard! They've done it at least 3 times. Thanks....

I know you must get a lot of claims. But the only thing that I would have appreciated was a call from local management for an apology. The only frustrating part of the process was trying to find out where to contact, and then the multiple (4 or 5) times being forwarded until the initial complaint was lodged. Everyone was professional and respectful on the calls. That was appreciated.
I had to jump through a lot of hoops but that was my fault my phone does not work well sending emails but between the lady I talk to on the phone I believe her name is Anjanette and Dominic through customer service and claims they got me taken care of very quickly. Thanks a lot Tom barnes
