    I would have much rather had a representative come to the property to evaluate the damage, and go from there. However, I understand it wasn't immediately possible. I also am wondering what will happen to future packages from amazon, if I happen to get the same driver. Will they be notified I complained? Will they in turn retaliate? It seems like a possibility. I would have liked to have a run down of where my complaint was going. But overall, it was an easy process and I am resolving the issue myself.

    Thank You, Overall the Claims Adjuster from ARC Claims {Mariella Montano} did a good job, however she could use some work in the area of her people skills and how she speaks to the people submitting the claims, like myself. Case in point... when you ask her any question about "How To" do any think on-line... she speaks to you like you should already know how to use the software products and of course none of us like myself have. She could use some up grade training in these areas!

She emailed me very promptly and explained the procedure, information necessary for me to supply her with and emailed along the way whenever things were received and the next step in the process.
