    Very painless process and quick resolution. Only complaint was the length of time to receive the check (received on 4/20/20), but am willing to attribute that to the complications resulting from pandemic.

    We’ve had a several drivers that have backed off the driveway and down a double sloped grade onto the grass in my yard. On a Sunday, one driver got stuck and made ruts trying to get out after of over a week of heavy rain and not sure why they thought that was okay, there were other choices to turn around. I let Amazon know and they promptly had ARC send me a claim form and I filled it out and sent In several pictures and they made an offer that was real close to a bid we’d gotten and we accepted the offer and are now waiting on a check. Thanks ARC
