    There was some confusion at first with me thinking an adjuster would come out and have the damage repaired. It also took some time for me, who does not take or upload a lot of pictures, to attach pictures of the damaged storm door to the claim. After that it was resolved very quickly. Thank you.

    It is unfortunate that as an Amazon customer we even need to have any interaction with regards to a property claim. But I can say that ARC handled, what could be a unpleasant customer interaction, into one that was resolved promptly and fairly. Thank you.

    The case rep was very responsive. I felt that it was handled appropriately. My issues is that I was told 14 business days for the check. It took over 22 (maybe longer). Since I got check, not a big deal.

    Your e-mail of 2/17/2020 indicated the claim had been granted and the check issued on February 17, 2020. As of Sunday, 3/1/2020, the check has not arrived. From anywhere in the continental U.S., if the check was indeed authorized, and sent to the correct address, it should have arrived by now. I attempted to send an e-mail, which has completely disappeared from my computer, It will be resent. The loss of that e-mail is not your fault.
