The claim took longer because the email sent to me on Feb 10th went into my junk mail. Though the department should have called me when they never received a response. However, I called today and claim was submitted and approved swiftly. Thank you!
Just try to understand why when it’s in reference of me being on the receiving end. Why is it such a waiting process. Knowing that Amazon can deliver within two days of anything you order.
I had to reach out 2 times to get a resolution. When I talked to the rep it was resolved immediately

although overall pleased, I didn't think that a bidding "auction" process was the most professional way of handling the resolution. I do not know how many agents or how many claims are being handled and this may be the most efficient way to handle it, so I believe the "settlement" was fair, but the process was a bit unpersonal.
My initial phone call was beyond worked up but from the moment of getting in contact with the customer service they was there every step to ensure the problem was resolved.. A+ on how it was handled due to the circumstances
Everyone was great to work with. Very helpful. The Check took a while to actually arrive but the people that assisted us through this process were absolutely wonderful!!

We enjoy Amazon very much; however, it seems that poor driving abilities are very common with the drivers. Maybe giving the drivers extensive training would help them. Thank you.
My original adjuster was on leave which is the only reason this claim was slowed down. It was otherwise handled promptly and not dissatisfied.
I was very pleased by the availability, helpfulness and clarity from the ARC rep Ivana. I had really disappointing experiences with the Amazon logistics team and the representative of Dolphin International, so her professionalism has made all the difference.
Your claim form had us toggle "type of loss" as property, or auto. Selected property, but some REQUIRED fields still included information regarding vehicle damage(?), and didn't address property loss information. Might need a fix.
