    A little bit of difficulty as the rep wanted to know who ordered the product which has nothing to do with claim. 45 minutes on the phone. My daughter has her own Amazon account. I own the property.

    In the claim form it asked for an estimate. I was having one done, but was told it wasn't needed. Someone there would just look at the pictures. Confusing??? Otherwise, my issue has been resolved. Now we just have to fix our yard. Thanks

    Fairly simple and straight-forward process. I am a little disappointed with the delay in communication - probably due to the large claim volume that you guys handle, so very understandable. However, I am very pleased with how simple the process was. It would just be nice to get clarification easily instead of figuring it out myself.
