I'll have to admit, I was skeptical when Amazon referred me to their insurance carrier for damage to my property from a delivery vehicle. However, my claim was resolved within hours of submittal. As a small business owner, time is money for me, and this took the minimum time I thought possible. Thank you!

My claim took a little longer than expected. The person who was originally was responsible is not with the company any more. Krista(?), who took over was excellent. Very nice person to handle your claims. Completely satisfied with her.

I had a little trouble getting a video to ARC but that was resolved fairly quickly. ARC was very easy and pleasant to work with. I hope the Amazon driver has learned a lesson about hit and run accidents.

Overall Rob and team were terrific. Your teams were very responsive and patient. This was an easy process and was appreciated. Two things. My original call was a bit more cumbersome due to what appeared to be offshore handling. Also I had some difficulty uploading docs to the claim online.
