The check company is ridiculous! It would have been so much simpler if you had just direct deposited it to my account. I had to go through all the foolishness of signing up for an account with an online company I care nothing about joining. They then took more than $18 of my money in “fees” to transfer what remained to my bank account, AND because of the Easter holidays it probably won’t show up until sometime next week.

The response to my claim was handled quite well. One issue was I had to upload the pictures 3 times. I did have to call after I submitted the claim on line but after the call was made things began to move much smoother. Thank you!
