It was a good experience. My claim was handled quickly and it was easy to upload the information / photo’s etc needed.

The claims format seems a bit too automated - I would prefer increased personal interaction. Unfortunate that the system obligates your initial offer to only be a percentage of the loss. We submitted a fair estimate for the loss and were only seeking that amount - not a penny more. We were only able to receive that amount after threatening to escalate to a court proceedings.

With regards to ARC the claim process went very smoothly. You must be able to back your claim up with photo or video proof which I had. The process to find out how to actually get the claim process started on Amazon was another story. Amazon seems to bury things deep down in the bowels of their menu system so the process to first figure out how to start is time consuming and very difficult to find.
Although it would be better to not have had the incident happen that prompted the necessity for a claim, it was handled exceptionally quickly and with ease. I appreciate this aspect very much as it's an inconvenience and takes valuable time to complete. The ease of the claim and quick turnaround got it "off my plate" very quickly. Thank you.
