    The only criticism I have is that I was asked, repeatedly, to advise information that I had already given. If I have already explained all to Amazon, they should be giving that information to their insurance arm. Even once I was corresponding directly to your company, I was asked for the same information that was already given. That is annoying. Your should work on fixing that issue.

    We had to call and leave messages which we never heard back. I kept calling until i reached a person. Glad it’s resolved, thank you. The driver that hit our mailbox was so sorry and upset over the issue. It was all good. We were glad she stopped to tell us and take pictures and put me in contact with her supervisor

    I was extremely impressed with ARC. It was so nice to be able to email and then get a very rapid response to my question. I even spoke with a couple representatives via phone and it was a pleasant experience. Many times, and something like this, you just can’t reach a human being. In this case, the phone was answered, and I was transferred to the correct person very quickly. She was attentive to my request, and the whole experience was pleasant, despite the damage that had occurred at my residence. Thank you so much for your professionalism and quick response.
