Just disappointed that the claims department couldn't understand that, yes you can buy one replacement light fixture for $25.00 the only problem is that the new one will be different from the other 7 light fixtures that go up our driveway. So for me to have all the lights be the same I'll have to buy a complete new set of lights at a cost to me of $70 to $80 dollars. I understand that your driver only ran over one light but it would be nice if you replaced the whole set so they would be the same. Thank you for the $25.00 but I'll be out another $50 to have a complete set.??
The entire process, including email communication, web-based document and evidence submission, and repair estimate submission was about as "easy as it gets". When the hardest part was me getting companies to show up for estimates you know that ARC runs a fair and prompt program. So far, I am very satisfied and now just waiting for the check to arrive in the mail.
I selected somewhat disagree for the 1st entry because I was transferred a few times and had a rather lengthy wait for the chat rep to complete a form and then I had to complete a form myself. Should be a more efficient process.

Easy process. Uploading documents were somewhat confusing and it does not allow to delete after uploading. I couldn't figure it out. Overall very satisfied. You should give it a week after payment sent before requesting a survey. Thanks
