This is an annual occurrence with the drivers, hence the sign asking drivers not to park or drive into the lawn. Maybe it’s time to train the employees on driving, it’s not that much different than coloring, “stay between the lines “.
Just got ran around the first time calling had to call back a day later and the first person I talked to never said anything about having to fill out a form and submitting it but after that and I talked to a different person it was smooth sailing

The amount offered for the damage was not as it should have been. The item was a large container that belonged to my parents. I was informed the the 2nd offer that increased by only $50 was the final offer and not negotiable. Very disappointed.

THIS IS WHAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THIS IS WHAT IS WRONG. The fact that Amazon tells drivers they are allowed to turn around in customer's yards.. Send your drivers for training like UPS, fedex and USPS WHO NEVER turn around in customer's yards!!! Have them park on the road if they cant drive or backup safely. Amazon, you can do much better than this. What are you going to do to fix this issue?
