    My initial interaction with Customer Service, via online chat on 03/24/2023, was not followed through on as I was told it would. When I called Customer Service, via telephone on 03/27/2023, that is when my claim was finally opened and resolved by your personnel quickly and efficiently.

    I feel like I was just presented an amount for the claim and no chance to refute the low settlement. About $16 for labor! Who is going to do the work for that?! Plus, I hope Amazon will have a talk with their drivers so this damage doesn't happen again.

    The process was timely and communicated professionally. The method of determining the value of property damage was ineffective (reliance on 3 photos rather than based upon actual receipts for materials and labor). This resulted in a less than satisfactory “final offer “ settlement.
