The only issue I had was that ARC did not have my phone number on my account and so therefore I was constantly having to follow up with Amazon to get an update and finally got connected with ARC. I think there are many other ways to reach out besides phone and wish someone would have contacted me via email instead of just disregarding my claim because they didn't have my phone number. Once I was in touch with ARC the process was very smooth and quick, which is why I gave it high ratings.

Would have liked the opportunity to speak to a real person but once I followed up with the fact that I was not receiving emails that text messages were saying I received, the process went better. I was on top on this so I feel it went well.

Initial contact was very difficult, and my information was incorrect. Once that was resolved I'm very satisfied with the claim process.
My only hope is that this stops. And Amazon advises their drivers to stop parking on the lawn. It has been a constant occurrence. I appreciate the claim amount and gladly accept it but I am still out money from past incidents that I did not report. I’m ok with that but I don’t want it to happen again in the future. Overall the experience was nice and easy!

The ARC refused to pay me what was needed to repair the damages caused by the Amazon driver. very disenchanted with the final outcome.
