After I received an estimate of damages and submitted my claim, I received a prompt response from ARC claims. Thank you for taking care of this problem.
After 4 weeks, I had not received the 2 e-mails regarding payment that I was promised. I had to contact ARC to ask about that. Then, I received a respond to my query and within 1 day I had my check.
It was unfortunate that I had to submit a claim but accidents happen. Driver admitted to causing the damage and ARC processed my claim promptly and professionally.
Claim form was sent to my phone instead of the computer, so didn't know it was there and I didn't reply quickly. When I found the form, claim was handled fairly soon. Was a little confusing to do. Received a fair settlement though. Thank you.

Happy with all my dealings with ARC. Amazon provided my email address with a typo which made everything more complicated but I believe all the issues were on Amazon.
