After submitting the claim form, I never heard from anyone. I eventually called and talked with a very efficient girl who took care of it ON THE SPOT and I received a check two days later. I'm really sorry I don't have her name.

I had a little bit of property damage from a leaking delivery from Amazon. I didn't find this package until it had leaked black paint all over my sidewalk. I called Amazon customer service about it, and they paid for a pressure washer to come clean my sidewalk. Thank you!
