Had a lot of trouble finding a phone number to report the incident. Things went well after that. The staff was helpful and patient since I haven't had to use my phone for putting pictures into a form before. Overall it was a good experience.

I was VERY happy with how the claim was handled - actually surprised at how well it moved along and I felt heard. That was until this morning when I got an email that stated that if I didn't have photos of the van on the lawn, the case was going to be dropped. First, this was NEVER discussed in the 10 days of discussions. Secondly, it was very threatening. It made me mad. I spent a lot of time submitting the claim, making calls, etc. Anyway, it all worked out. I asked for the case to be escalated and I received confirmation for the $100 check. So, I am very pleased. I think it was handled very well and I hope that no one has to go through what I did with the last second switch.
Everything went well, even from the beginning. The company contacted me promptly after receiving the complaint. I received a check via email. The check has not yet been deposited, so it has not cleared the bank. If all goes well with the deposit and clearing the bank, then this has been a very professional and timely handling of my claim.
Once I actually got to the correct people, the process was incredibly smooth, professional, and timely. It took more effort than it should have to get to the correct person at Amazon. It needs to be more clear on the website. If I wasn't persistent I wouldn't have gotten the claim resolved. The claims team were great!

I had submitted a $600 dollar estimate which was fair. I am pretty sure the damage caused will cost more. I settled for $400 dollars because the claim was handled swiftly and I am not the argumentative type. Besides the dollar amount, I am very happy with the claims adjusters efficiency.
