It is most upsetting to have an incident occur, which requires filing a claim. However, working with you when this happened to me was an easy and straightforward process. I had a very quick response, professional and timely communication and the entire matter-including hearing that my check was in the mail today - all happened in a week. Very happy with how easy Amazon made the process of submitting a claim and that they were willing to make it right. I have used Amazon a long time and am pleased with how the company handled my situation. With all of the negative press, I was worried I wouldn’t be listened to or brushed off and denied. This experience paints the company in my eyes as fair, reasonable, and cooperative.

The end result was satisfactory and I received a claim check for the damages done to my property. There was a little frustration along the way as I was repeatedly asked to submit evidence of the damage. That being said, I appreciate your responsiveness to my complaint, and I’m satisfied with the outcome. Thank you.

Although the claim was just sent out, and dont have any idea how long it will take, the overall pricess was simple and the representatives were very polite. Thank you for handling the issue promptly. P.S. The fake pandemic is over. The disclaimer about the pandemic and the mail service, gives the impression that Amazon is promoting fear fir something that doesn't exist. Corporations neef to be more respodible and stsy out of political fear mongering.

I was in the process of getting another estimate filed and the company closed and was paying a amount that wasn't going to pay for the complete driveway repair! We had just had 2ft of snow and the plow had pushed up gravel on the lawn up top and in the grass, the damage was from the driveway down Into the grass bank in several areas where the driver backed down to far and tow truck rescue pulled him out! But it is what it is
