While it was difficult to first navigate through the Amazon side of this, meaning finding the right way to resolve the issue, once I did get to the right customer service site and get connected to your claims processing department the process was lightning fast and very efficient.

Claim was handled well, but the estimate to repair the yard was much too low. There is no landscaper who will take the time to repair the yard for less than $200.
