I understand that a company is going to want to pay out the least amount for something. I did not like, nor did I appreciate, the back and forth and initial offering to cover my mailbox. In the end, most of the costs were covered, minus the temporary mailbox we had to purchase for the time being.

I was a little taken back that the pictures I sent weren’t good enough. It showed the driver driving over my lawn where he damaged the driveway. It took the video from camera to her this resolved.

The process was fast and efficient. Communication response from the claims dept was always fast. Settlement was also fast. My only suggestion is having the correspondences signed with a name. It was always "claims department" which lacks personalized attention. We all like to know who we are speaking with.

With pictures of the damage and some questions my claim was rewarded going mostly off of what i told them i think happened because i wasnt home to witness it. Am very impressed that my word was trusted in a day were you pretty much need to catch a person in the act of doing wrong and where words dont mean much. Very satisfied.

The claims process was extremely simple. I received the results of my claim quickly and was informed that I would be receiving payment and when I could expect that payment.
Submitting and uploading the form and photos was challenging. I am computer literal and it took me 4 attempts to get it to work. My claim was promptly settled. I am waiting to see if my bank will accept the deluxe electronic check.
