The process went very well. It took time to resolve but that was not ARCs fault. Takes time to get estimates. All in all ARC did good. Now if they could have Amazon not send drivers that damage my property all would be good!!

I really appreciate the prompt resolution of this claim. I would suggest though to use their backup cameras when backing up so they can see what is in back of them. If the young driver had used his, this would never had happened. Thank you again

The initial response of "you need to provide video" was petty, ignorant and unprofessional. It took a second incident the next day or two, driver worsened the damage and had to effectively threaten with a notarized statement from a lady across the street before they decided they wanted to believe me. The lady I dealt with on the phone was very pleasant, helpful & professional. Thank you for resolving this issue so quickly
