    my biggest problem was with Amazon claims not ARC. Once I got to the claim form and ARC everything went smooth. The lady from Amazon was hard to understand. I had a lot of trouble with her. Called back a third time and got some guy who called himself Ronald. He helped me get to the ARC sight. Tell Amazon to get people who speak clear English. Sorry but its true.

    It took a little while for my initial inquiry to make it to the right folks, and it felt like I received the run around. Once I made it to the right team everything was handled effectively, swiftly, and I was regularly communicated with.

    To whom it may concern, I would just like to thank the person that looked into my claim and investigated the unfortunate situation. My claim was legit and I was not nor would try to make up a false story or claim. The Amazon driver did in fact back up into my mailbox. If anything, the driver should have notified my immediately or upon returning to the distribution center in Euclid Ohio, the driver should have notified a supervisor and the Amazon Van should have been checked for the new damage of the broken taillight. So I say, thank you to the person that believed my story and pictures I sent you as evidence. I was only asking for a new mailbox and not an entire new post. I thank you for making things right and doing the right thing, it is much appreciated.     I still have not received my payment or a response. I called and sent an email on 2/6/23 and still no one has responded. This is poor customer service. Our son’s basketball hoop was broken during an Amazon delivery almost 2 months ago. He has not been able to practice at home since.
