It took numerous times to get this done, but it was accomplished and I appreciate your team. One thing I would strongly strongly suggest is you look at my address for some reason your drivers keeps thinking there is a through road going through my driveway. It ends up in the neighbors yard Off of 1/37. His name is Gary Wright. We put a sign up right in the middle so that they don’t proceed but they’ve gone around it a couple times already so if you have the ability to fix that in your mapping systems I would appreciate it

It took four (4) weeks for this claim to be processed. I got a confirmation on Jan 10 that my claim had been received and did not hear anything more until Feb 7 with the resolution. A notification that the team was working on my claim at some point during those four (4) weeks would have been nice. Thank you.

It was said that we would receive the compensation for our torn up property and we still have not received our check in the mail.
It took a bit to get through to the correct party to handle my issue by way of the Amazon customer service phone number. But once I was transferred to the correct department and was able to speak with a human being, everything was resolved quickly.

My amazon driver backed over my mailbox. The driver never told us. A driver passing by saw what happened and let us know. We were furious! My husband spent $200+ the next day, and spent his day off fixing it. I filed a claim and within 24 hours, I was sent an apology and check!!!! Good work! Thank you for making this "wrong" right so quickly!!!
