    Thank you for reimbursing me for the cost of repair to my mailbox. The driver hit it and took off and my husband saw him and called him back when he went to neighbors house. The driver said he put in a claim and he never did. For future, the drivers should take pictures of damage and send it promptly. My husband was able to fix the mailbox, however we never took photos or kept receipts, however the claim dept. was still able to justify this issue. Thank you.

    My 1st attempt to open a claim resulted in no one handling - no follow up. A 2nd phone call and a nice gal named Cynthia started the claim process - from that point forward everything was handled appropriately.
