    Trying to ask a question of the claims department after the case was settled was extremely frustrating. No one would return my phone calls or emails.

    The only issue that I have was the driver put packages on my car 2 more times since this initial claim. Yeah the damage was already done but it shouldn't have happened more than one time. But dealing with the claims administration was pleasant. I'm actually surprised how well this interaction went. Thank you for getting every thing taken care of and quickly.

    My claim was handled quickly, however I seem to have trouble connecting with Alexis via email... I would like an e-check for payment however I was told it would be paper check even though originally I was asked what I would like for form of payment. I also was never able to get ahold of anyone on the phone after my initial phone call with Daniel, almost as if my number was put on a do not answer list after that initial phone call, forcing me to call the main number and select a diff claim area just to get to speak to someone. Overall the experience was decent however I do find it odd how arc does not pay for "rental equipment" .... this makes no sense. If a vehicle would have been struck and went to a repair shop what would arc do to the shops estimate?? Say they will pay for parts and bonds but not the machine used to straighten the frame of the vehicle?? Of course not, they would pay for the repair in full as they should with any property damage. Whether it is dirt or vehicle .. property is property. If ARC does not wanna pay for property damage repair with equipment then they need to have the delivery drivers take a course on driving and not punish the homeowners whos property was damaged ...oh and not fleeing the scene after the drivers " oh shit" moment. The driver is lucky as I almost called the police to have the driver arrested for fleeing the scene of an accident with property damage.

    I just wish I was informed about getting sent to a 3rd party claim service as some of the messages were in my promotion part of my email.
