I just wish I was informed about getting sent to a 3rd party claim service as some of the messages were in my promotion part of my email.
My initial experience with trying to contact Amazon about a claim was awful. I couldn’t get to a person & trying to leave a message was not successful. Once things got to the claims department, they were very helpful & prompt in their handling of the situation. Thank you.
