Well managed service.
All the reps I had interactions with were extremely professional and compassionate! Everyone was very supportive, apologetic and helpful. It was an unfortunate incident that could have been prevented by the driver, sadly he chose the wrong option that day. So in response to the damage and beyond rude behavior choices he made that day, your reps more than made up for all that happened. I am grateful that Amazon has contracted with a responsible 3rd party to uphold the standards of customer service that we all expect from any/every company. I end with a great about of "I thank you" to your team!
I'm not satisfied with the payment process as I would have just rather been mailed a check. My printer is black and white only so I could not print a check.
