I have received notification that payment will be issued. While not received, I have scheduled repair of property on 1/27/23. I also would like to re-emphasize that this crew did everything possible to make this a successful delivery and the damages were unavoidable. I was happy with the service when I finally got to the claims department. Getting through Customer Service took a long time. They kept thinking I had an issue with my order, not property damage caused by a driver. When I got to the right place the person was very helpful.
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed that the claim was paid, with few questions asked.

The claims person didn’t receive the video, and pictures that I submitted. It took several times for them to receive. Maybe need to increase the size.
