My claim involved several iterations where I had to resupply the information requested. My bigger concern is Amazon drivers who have on multiple occasions damaged our property.

I feel the compensation is under what was deserved, but I guess it's better than nothing. It was also very hard to even find a number to contact.

The only issue I had was you receiving my pictures. I sent three times. But it all worked out and I received my payment promptly
The only complaint I have, is not being able to speak to a live person
Although I only received less than half of my time and cost I was well satisfied with the professional way it was handled. Had the driver just acknowledged his mistake and left a note or knocked on the door we could avoided the clime altogether.
My claim handled in a timely and efficient manner.

My claim was initially given a "courtesy" resolution for half the amount for provided receipts due to not interrupting the pictures I sent correctly. I took additional pictures and resent them and asked for it to be reviewed. This was only for a $300 claim. Assumptions were made instead of questions being asked. Maybe lots of people try to "game" the system, but mine was legitimate and I originally felt dismissed. However, when i resubmitted additional pictures the matter was resolved quickly for the full amount. Overall i am now happy.
I appreciate the promptness of the response. My issue is more with the fact that I have to address these issues related to Amazon deliveries. The compensation I received will take care of the compacting of the driveway, but I will have to remove the gravel in the yard myself. My wife also just let me know that the driver drove over one of her boxwood bushes.
The only issue is with Amazon. I contacted them and nothing happened. They wanted all the details, which I provided, and stated I would be contacted by someone. No one did and I had to call back and finally talked to someone who sent it to ARC to start the claim. I then had to resend the same info. I gave to Amazon. ARC did a good job.
