I was following up on my claim after a couple weeks of submittals asked to provide a picture or video taken in real time showing Amazon driver causing the damage to the door. The issue got now resolved after more email explanations and I am glad it is over. Thank you for taking the responsibility and paid for the damages.
While unfortunate to happen, the damage was covered and repaired and I am happy with the outcome. I sincerely hope another van does not back into my house, but if they do, I hope they are covered by ARC.
I'm thankful that you were able to help and get the matter resolved. Im very disappointed in the driver who delivered i wish they would have just come up to door and let us know it had happened if we didnt have our camera surveillance and neighbor hadnt seen the incident occur we would have never known

I was very impressed on how easy it was to submit a claim for my damaged Stairway railing by your 3rd party carrier. The process was easy. However I still am requesting that a supervisor who manages ALL drivers in my area contact me so we can discuss what is the best way to manage deliveries on Salinas Ave., San Anselmo to prevent any other accidents. this one was small but who knows if the next one will be much worse. Again, Fed Ex and UPS drivers DO NOT use the street to make u-turns or even use driveways, they drive in and back out. Amazon drivers and 3rd party drivers should do the same.
