All in all it worked out the way I think it should have. Not just the money but to be respectful of someone's property.
There was a considerable period of non-communication on this claim. However once I enquired the claim was resolved very quickly.
Other than the initial claim filing emails not getting through hotmail/microsoft mail, requiring use of a different email address, the process and claim website was very usable and the claim was handled promptly. Thank you.
Took customer service a week to get me to proper claims service.
I hate that resolving issues has come down to everything being electronic. Nothing is personal anymore.

Had an issue with property damage to my property, from first contact with Amazon claims, we had recognize the issue, and resolved in less than five days Wish we didn’t have an issue at all because accidents happen. Amazon took care of the problem.

My claim was resolved very quickly and fairly. The only problem/challenge that I encountered was sending the Video and Picture attachments with/on the Claim Form. However, I was able to email the Video and Pictures separately.
This was a positive experience with ARC - I thought that my claim was handled relatively promptly.
