    It took half a year and an email reminder, but I am pleased that I was able to resolve this issue (by doing the work myself, and having Amazon provide support for materials) rather than go with a professional, getting an estimate, and doing it that way. It will cost me a day of work, but Amazon will have saved several thousand dollars. I believe that my relation with Amazon is mutual. I benefit from Amazon’s services, am supportive of it, and would rather encourage the relationship than be antagonistic to it. So I am happy to help out. Thanks to all the drivers, they have been much better about not coming up that driveway, and for Amazon to have done an exceptional job at capitalizing on the centralization that technology made this all possible.

    The text you sent alerted me to look for an email, however the email did not go to my primary in box at google. It would have been helpful to receive a nudge to check spam / advertising email etc. thanks

    I talked with someone from ARC, that called and asked the damage on Friday 12/30/22. I told her I was having a difficult time getting someone out for an estimate due to bad weather and the Holidays. The representative I spoke with said it was okay and I assured her I would be in touch with the adjuster the following week. Monday 01/02/2023 was a Holiday and the next day I received an email saying my claim was closed. I was not pleased with this after leaving a phone message to contact me. I was never contacted and I submitted what I had to date. I received an email stating my claim was approved.
