Lots of communications issues between estimator and ARC. I had to act as broker to get the two parties to complete the communications.

One question…will I be getting a check in the mail for my claim? The only suggestion I can make is to better identify yourself in the “Subject” line of your e-mails. I almost deleted it because it said ARC and AMZ .
Never has a driver pulled into my driveway. I have a large driveway and a turn around I couldn't believe they ran over grass
I felt the amount of claim reimbursement wasn’t fair and not sure how it was calculated

The most challenging part of the process was getting in touch with you. I think Amazon customer service staff have not been trained properly on how to handle property damage issues.
