Took a couple rounds with an online tech to get an ARC interaction going. No fault of ARC, just a fumble on the first tech who said that someone would be reaching out to me to solve the solution (what happened was that the vendor reached out to me - despite me being very clear with the tech that this was damage to my physical real estate and not damage to the item delivered). Overall an easy-to-understand format and surprisingly quick resolution! THanks
My claim was handled very quickly and efficiently.
Thankful that Amazon agreed to pay damages. This is the 3rd time a driver has destroyed our property, but never made a claims. We appreciate the quick resolve and hopefully will never need to claim again. Still upset driver was not carrying a license, only a picture.

A less convuluted way of receiving payment would be preferable. I am very careful about disclosing banking info due to security concerns. Would prefer a mailed check or gift card and charging a percentage to use a direct deposit service is sleepy.
I can honestly say I wasn't expecting an easy experience. I was totally blown away by the process. It was so straightforward and seamless it definitely softens the blow of having had damage. Kudos!
